Rescheduling policy
24-hour notice required to reschedule.
Reschedule up to 2 times by phone, text, or email.
After 2 reschedules, your fee is forfeited — a new fee is required to book again.
Refund policy
Consultation fees are non-refundable — all payments are final.
If you can't attend, please reschedule as soon as possible.
